Anti-TNFRSF10D Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is directed against TNFRSF10D, also referred to as DcR2, and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG. It is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, and reacts with human and mouse samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 257–386 of human TNFRSF10D (NP_003831.2). Molecular weight: 47 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry.

Affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the product is lot-specific in concentration. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
