Anti-TNFRSF10D Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified against a recombinant human TNFRSF10D immunogen, this polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is supplied as an unconjugated, liquid formulation at 1.0 mg/mL in 50 µL. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with the IHC validation demonstrated on paraffin-embedded human stomach cancer tissue, and it is reported to detect the endogenous level of total TNFRSF10D across human and mouse samples. The reagent is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C and, upon arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
