Anti-TNFRSF10C Antibody

Polyclonal rabbit antibody from Antibodies.com raised against DcR1 (TNFRSF10C). It is supplied as a liquid reagent validated for Western blot (WB) applications, unconjugated and of IgG isotype. The antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 150-238 of human TNFRSF10C (NP_003832.2), and the target is reported at a molecular weight of 27 kDa.

The reagent is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500-1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
