Description
This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a mouse monoclonal raised against TNFRSF10B, also known as DR5. DR5 is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily and functions as a receptor for the apoptosis-inducing cytokine TRAIL. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF), supported by two scientific validation images, and it reacts with Human and Mouse samples.
It is supplied as a purified mouse monoclonal in a buffer containing 0.1M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) with 0.2% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
