Anti-TNFRSF10B Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a research-grade primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent specifically targets human TNFRSF10B (also known as DR5), a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily that mediates extrinsic apoptosis signaling. The antibody was raised against a recombinant human TNFRSF10B immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen, and it is provided unconjugated at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume. Its formulation consists of phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, supplemented with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, with long-term storage recommended at –20 °C; for routine handling, short-term storage at 2–8 °C is also acceptable. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples, where the reagent detects the endogenous total TNFRSF10B protein.
