Anti-TNFRSF10A Antibody

It is validated for Western blot (WB) and listed for IHC application, reacting with human samples. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 269–468 of human TNFRSF10A (NP_003835.3), and the target resolves at approximately 45 kDa.

Provided as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt, aliquot and store at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
