Anti-TNFC Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against TNFC (also known as LT-beta, LTB, Lymphotoxin-beta, TNF-C, TNFSF3, Tumor necrosis factor C, or Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 3) and was generated using a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human TNFC. After affinity purification by epitope-specific affinity chromatography from rabbit antiserum, the antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as stabiliser. The 50 µl format is unconjugated, of the polyclonal rabbit IgG isotype, and is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed on human and mouse samples. It detects endogenous levels of total TNFC protein, making it suitable for studies of lymphotoxin-beta signalling and related tumour necrosis factor pathway research. For handling, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
