Anti-TNFAIP6 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to TNFAIP6 (also known as TSG6), supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The manufacturer validates it for Western blot (WB) applications.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 110–277 of human TNFAIP6 (NCBI accession NP_009046.2). It is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, with the target reported at a molecular weight of 40 kDa. For Western blot, a recommended working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 is indicated.

The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
