A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting tumor necrosis factor alpha-induced protein 3 (TNFAIP3), also known as A20, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent for research use. TNFAIP3 is a ubiquitin-editing enzyme and zinc finger protein that functions as a negative regulator of NF-kappa-B signaling downstream of TNF receptor activation, making this reagent useful for studies of inflammatory signaling, immune cell regulation, and pathways implicated in autoimmune disease and B-cell lymphoma biology.

The antibody is raised in rabbit, validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry (ICC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, in a 100 µl vial format. Storage at -20 °C with appropriate aliquoting preserves activity across freeze-thaw cycles, and the unconjugated format allows flexible pairing with secondary antibodies or custom labeling strategies.

Researchers investigating TNF-mediated signal transduction, deubiquitinase function, or the regulation of innate and adaptive immune responses can use this reagent to assess endogenous TNFAIP3/A20 expression in cell lysates and tissue sections.
