Anti-TNFAIP3 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TNFAIP3. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 600-738 of human TNFAIP3 (NP_006281.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with 5 scientific validation images, and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The target TNFAIP3 has a reported molecular weight of 90 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and the concentration is lot specific.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
