Anti-TNF12 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the TNF12 (TNFSF12 / TWEAK) target and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at a concentration of 1.0 mg/ml. The unconjugated antibody is of the IgG isotype and has been validated for use in Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence applications on human and mouse samples, making it well suited to a broad range of tissue- and cell-based assays. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from human TNFSF12, and the reagent is purified from rabbit serum by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. For routine handling the vial is shipped at 4°C and, on arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
