The KT30 clone from Antibodies.com recognizes an epitope on human TNFRSF1B, the 75 kDa type II TNF receptor (also referred to as TNFR2, CD120b, or p75). Produced in mouse as an IgG2a isotype and supplied as a liquid at 100 ug per vial, this unconjugated monoclonal is validated for ELISA and is widely cited in studies of TNF-alpha signaling, immune regulation, and inflammatory disease research. The antibody binds the extracellular domain of human TNFR2 and should be stored refrigerated; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity.
