Anti-TNF Receptor II Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against TNF Receptor II and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot of an unconjugated, carrier-formulated product at 1.0 mg/mL. The antibody was generated against a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human TNF Receptor II, and after collection the rabbit antiserum was purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding an IgG preparation in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, supplemented with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of total TNF Receptor II protein and has been validated by the supplier for ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with demonstrated reactivity toward both human and mouse samples. Recommended handling is straightforward: the vial is shipped at 4°C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C to preserve activity, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
