Anti-TNF-R2 (P412) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to TNF-R2 (P412), available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 390-440 of Human TNF-R2 and specifically recognises endogenous TNF-R2. The reported molecular weight is approximately 48 to 73 kDa. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
