Anti-TNF Alpha Antibody [KT61]

Antibodies.com offers a mouse monoclonal antibody (KT61 clone) directed against TNF alpha. The reagent is supplied as a liquid, unconjugated preparation of the IgG1 isotype, raised in mouse hosts and validated for use on human samples in sELISA applications. According to the manufacturer, the antibody was generated using recombinant human TNFa as immunogen and is provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide. The IgG fraction is purified through a Protein A column.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1 µg/ml for ELISA and 0.5-2 µg/ml for sELISA.
