A mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody to TNF alpha, supplied unconjugated in liquid form by Antibodies.com. The antibody, clone KT31, is raised against recombinant human TNF alpha and validated for ELISA applications, reacting with human samples.

It is purified through a Protein A column and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The recommended working concentration for ELISA is 1 µg/ml.
