Anti-TNF alpha Antibody [CH8820]

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a mouse monoclonal reagent (clone CH8820), this Anti-TNF alpha primary antibody is raised against purified recombinant human TNF-α and recognises both recombinant and native forms of the cytokine. Supplied at 500 µg in lyophilised form, it is reconstituted in double distilled water to a reconstitution-dependent concentration and is formulated from a 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline solution at pH 7.0. The antibody is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography, produced in the Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma line, and is of the IgG1 isotype in an unconjugated format, making it suitable for direct labelling workflows in the user's own laboratory. Validated applications include ELISA (where it can serve as a capture antibody) and immunohistochemistry, including staining of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Reactivity has been confirmed for human samples, and the reagent is intended for research use only.
