Anti-TNF alpha Antibody [C4C7]

A mouse monoclonal antibody [C4C7] targeting Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha is available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG1 isotype, and is reactive with human samples. It is supplied in lyophilised form and is validated for ELISA and Western Blotting (WB) applications.

The immunogen used was purified recombinant human TNF-a, and the antibody has been purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. It is formulated lyophilised from a solution of 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.0. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Reconstitution is carried out with double distilled water, and the working concentration is reconstitution dependent.
