Anti-TNF alpha Antibody [C2H9]

This Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone C2H9) from Antibodies.com is directed against Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha (TNF alpha) and is validated for ELISA and Western blot applications. The unconjugated IgG2b reagent reacts with human samples and is supplied in lyophilised form.

The antibody was generated using purified recombinant human TNF-a as the immunogen and is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. It is formulated lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.0, with concentration described as reconstitution dependent. The product is reconstituted with double distilled water prior to use.

The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
