Anti-TNF alpha Antibody [C2H9]

The Mouse monoclonal IgG2b clone C2H9 from Antibodies.com is a primary antibody raised against human Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha. Supplied as a 100 µg lyophilised preparation, this unconjugated reagent supports both ELISA and Western blot workflows in inflammation and cytokine research. The antibody is reactive with human TNF alpha and is suited to immunodetection of soluble and transmembrane TNF forms in cell lysates and culture supernatants. After reconstitution the antibody should be stored refrigerated in working aliquots, with freeze-thaw cycles limited to preserve binding activity.
