Anti-TNF alpha Antibody [C2A7]

Mouse monoclonal (C2A7) antibody to Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The antibody is of the IgG1 isotype, raised in mouse against purified recombinant human TNF-a, and is validated for ELISA and Western Blot, reacting with human samples.

Provided lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.0, with concentration dependent on reconstitution. Purity is determined by protein G affinity chromatography. For use, the product should be reconstituted with double distilled water.

Storage instructions call for shipment at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
