Anti-TNF alpha Antibody [B1E4]

A Mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, clone B1E4, raised against human Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha (TNF-α) for ELISA and Western blot applications. The antibody is supplied unconjugated as a 100 µg lyophilised preparation in a vial, allowing laboratories to conjugate it with HRP, biotin, or a fluorophore of their choice for tailored assay design.

Clone B1E4 is sold as part of a matched antibody pair with clone E13, supporting matched-pair ELISA quantification of TNF-α released into cell culture supernatants. For Western blot, the antibody recognises the 17 kDa soluble TNF-α subunit, enabling detection of both the processed cytokine and its 26 kDa membrane-bound precursor. The lyophilised product is stored refrigerated, reconstituted in buffer immediately before use, and is intended for research use only.
