Anti-TNF-β Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against tumour necrosis factor-beta (TNF-β / Lymphotoxin-alpha) and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen (a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human TNF-β). Supplied as a 50 µl liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the unconjugated antibody is validated for Western Blot and ELISA applications and is recommended for the detection of endogenous TNF-β levels in human, mouse, rat and monkey samples. Working dilutions of 1:500–1:1000 for WB and 1:10000 for ELISA are suggested, and the antibody has been verified in Western Blot analysis of COS7 cell lysates. For best stability, store at -20 °C for up to one year, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. This reagent is intended for research use only and is not suitable for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
