Anti-TNF-α (Q178) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal unconjugated primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against TNF-α (Q178) and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF). The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 141-190 of human TNF-α, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of TNF-α protein. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 17 and 25 kDa.
