Anti-TNFα-IP8 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal raised against TNFα-IP8 and supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunofluorescence (IF) and ICC/IF and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 71-116 of Human TNFa-IP8, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of TNFa-IP8 protein, with a reported molecular weight of ~ 23 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
