Anti-TNAP2 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody is raised against TNAP2. The immunogen is a synthesised peptide derived from the internal region of human TNAP2, and the reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.

The antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of total TNAP2 protein. It has been validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human and Mouse samples, with two scientific validation images available. The reagent is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated in rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4°C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For continuous use, store at -20°C.
