Anti-TNAP Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against Tissue-Nonspecific Alkaline Phosphatase (TNAP) and is provided as a 50 µL liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is unconjugated and detects endogenous levels of TNAP protein, with the immunogen being a synthetic peptide derived from the N-terminal region of the human target. It is validated for Western Blot (WB) and ELISA applications and has been confirmed to react with Human and Rat samples, making it a practical choice for cross-species expression studies. For best stability, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and, upon arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The product is supplied in two pack sizes (50 µL and 100 µL) and is intended for research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications. Recommended dilutions are typically 1:500–1:2000 for Western Blot and around 1:10,000 for ELISA, although optimal working concentrations should be determined empirically for each experimental system.
