Anti-TNAP Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Tissue-Nonspecific Alkaline Phosphatase (TNAP), a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored enzyme encoded by the ALPL gene. TNAP hydrolyzes pyrophosphate and related phosphomonoesters, and its activity is essential for skeletal mineralization. Loss-of-function mutations in ALPL cause hypophosphatasia, an inherited metabolic bone disorder characterized by defective mineralization of bone and teeth.

Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum raised in Rabbit, the reagent is validated for Western blot and ELISA workflows.
