Anti-TMS1 Antibody

TMS1, also known as ASC or PYCARD, is a bifunctional adaptor protein containing a PYRIN domain and a CARD that links pattern-recognition receptor signaling to caspase-1 activation within the inflammasome and to apoptotic caspase pathways.

The antibody is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows and shows reactivity against human and rat samples.
