Anti-TMPRSS3 (F440) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TMPRSS3 (F440). It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 420–460 of human TMPRSS3, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of TMPRSS3 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 49 kDa.
