Description
This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against TMPRSS2 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent detects endogenous levels of TMPRSS2 in human, mouse and rat samples.
According to the manufacturer, the antibody was generated using recombinant full-length human TMPRSS2 as the immunogen. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The target protein migrates at approximately 54 kDa, and the reagent has been affinity-purified by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
