Anti-TMPRSS2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against TMPRSS2. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1–100 of human TMPRSS2 (NP_005647.3). Validated applications include Western blot at 1:500–1:1,000, immunohistochemistry at 1:50–1:200, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence at 1:50–1:200. The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. Reported molecular weights are 70 kDa and 32 kDa.

It is shipped at 4°C; on arrival, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
