Anti-TMPRSS11D Antibody

This polyclonal rabbit primary antibody targets human TMPRSS11D, a type II transmembrane serine protease (also known as HAT, human airway trypsin-like protease) that is expressed in the epithelium of the upper aerodigestive tract and contributes to mucosal barrier homeostasis. Published work has linked TMPRSS11D to proteolytic processing relevant to viral entry, including cleavage activation of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, making it of interest in respiratory and coronavirus-research workflows.
