Anti-TMPRSS11D Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TMPRSS11D and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 42–292 of human TMPRSS11D (NP_004253.1). It is affinity purified and the target has a molecular weight of 46 kDa as detected on WB. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000. The formulation consists of Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For research use only; it is not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
