Anti-TMPO Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab185718)

A rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com, raised against LAP2 (also known as TMPO). The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and provided as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–410 of human TMPO (NP_001027454.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The target shows a molecular weight of 80 kDa / 51 kDa.

Validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, the antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
