Anti-TMPO Antibody

TMPO (Thymopoietin), also known as LAP2, is a nuclear envelope-associated protein involved in chromatin organization, nuclear assembly, and cell cycle regulation. This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit and targets endogenous TMPO across human, mouse, and rat samples, making it broadly applicable to comparative cell biology and tissue studies.

Validated in western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows, the reagent supports detection of nuclear envelope structures in fixed cells, tissue sections, and lysate-based readouts. Its unconjugated format allows flexible pairing with secondary detection reagents for chromogenic or fluorescent visualization.

Each vial contains 100 µl of antibody supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% glycerol as a stabilizer. Store refrigerated; protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles to preserve activity. Aliquot upon receipt if extended storage is needed.
