Anti-TMOD1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against Tropomodulin 1 (TMOD1). The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and is validated for Western blot applications. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–359 of human TMOD1 (NP_003266.1). The target has a reported molecular weight of 40 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. A recommended dilution range of 1:1,000–1:4,000 is suggested for Western blot. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
