Anti-TMEPA Antibody

This polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is a rabbit IgG antibody raised against TMEPA. It is unconjugated and reactive with human samples, and has been validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) workflows.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human TMEPA, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total TMEPA protein. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
