Anti-TMEM74 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against TMEM74 and supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form. It is intended for Western blot (WB) application and is reactive with human samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–180 of human TMEM74 (NP_694560.1), and the antibody has been purified by affinity purification. The target protein has a molecular weight of 37 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000.
