Anti-TMEM70 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the human mitochondrial transmembrane protein TMEM70, this polyclonal IgG reagent targets an assembly factor that supports the biogenesis and stability of mitochondrial ATP synthase (complex V). Because loss-of-function changes in TMEM70 are linked to neonatal mitochondrial encephalo-cardiomyopathy, isolated ATP synthase deficiency, and broader oxidative phosphorylation disorders, the reagent is suited to research into mitochondrial disease mechanisms, OXPHOS complex assembly, and bioenergetic dysfunction in patient-derived samples and cell models.
