Anti-TMEM43 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting TMEM43, raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form [C0, S1]. The reagent is validated for Western Blot and has been shown to react with human and mouse samples [S1]. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 80–310 of human TMEM43 (NP_077310.1) [S1]. TMEM43 has a listed molecular weight of 45 kDa [S1]. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide [S1]. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided [S1].
