Produced by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against TMEM189, also designated PEDS1 (Plasmanylethanolamine desaturase 1). The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated.
It is reactive with human samples and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). Ensembl annotation describes PEDS1 as an enzyme located in the endoplasmic reticulum membrane, encoded on chromosome 20 and reported to display low tissue specificity.
