Anti-TMEM173 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human TMEM173 (also known as STING, MITA, hSTING, or Stimulator of interferon genes protein), enabling specific detection of endogenous levels of the target. The antibody is provided as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is unconjugated for maximum flexibility in downstream assay design. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and has been shown to cross-react with both Human and Mouse samples. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
