Anti-TMED2 Antibody

The unconjugated antibody recognizes endogenous levels of total TMED2 protein, also referenced as transmembrane emp24 domain-containing protein 2, membrane protein p24A, p24beta1, and RNP24, and has been validated for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples. It was generated against a human TMED2 fusion-protein immunogen and purified by antigen affinity chromatography, yielding a polyclonal reagent suitable for detection of the p24 family beta-1 member in cell and tissue lysates. The formulation is Rabbit IgG in PBS pH 7.4 supplemented with 40% glycerol and 0.05% sodium azide as a preservative. The vial is shipped at 4 °C; for long-term stability, aliquots should be stored at -20 °C with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity.
