Anti-TMED10 Antibody

TMED10 (Transmembrane Emp24 Protein Transport Domain Containing 10), also known as p24δ1 or TMP21, is a type I transmembrane cargo receptor that shuttles proteins between the endoplasmic reticulum and the Golgi apparatus. This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, was raised against TMED10 and detects the endogenous protein in human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol and is provided in a 100 µl vial. Validation has been carried out for western blot and immunohistochemistry applications, supporting research on COPI/COPII vesicle trafficking, secretory pathway biology, and the reported interaction between TMED10 and amyloid precursor protein that is relevant to neurodegenerative studies.
