Affinity-purified polyclonal IgG from rabbit, raised against recombinant full-length human TMED10 (UniProt P49755), targets the 219-amino-acid type I transmembrane cargo receptor also known as TMP21 and p24delta1. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot and is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence across human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting studies of ER–Golgi vesicle trafficking, presenilin/gamma-secretase modulation, and amyloid precursor protein processing in cell biology and neuroscience research. Endogenous TMED10 signal localizes to plasma membrane and Golgi cisternae, where the protein directs coatomer-coated vesicle cargo selection, and TMED10 variants have been linked to early-onset familial Alzheimer's disease through altered secretase activity. Storage guidance: refrigerate upon receipt and aliquot to limit freeze-thaw cycles if held long term. Host species is rabbit, clonality is polyclonal, and reactivity covers human, mouse, and rat. Available from Antibodies.com as part of the primary antibody catalogue.
