Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody to TLR8, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary reagent. The antibody is raised against a 16-amino-acid peptide corresponding to a region near the middle of human TLR8 and is purified by affinity chromatography on a peptide column. It is provided in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide.
Validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with human and mouse samples. It is shipped at 4°C; on receipt, aliquots should be stored at -20°C and freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The product is supported by two scientific validation images. The target protein is also known by the synonym CD288.
