Anti-TLR8 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal primary antibody raised against TLR8, supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is validated for use in western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-1041 of human TLR8 (UniProt Q9NR97). The product is provided in liquid form in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. TLR8 has a reported molecular weight of 150 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500-1:1,000, IHC 1:50-1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
