Anti-TLR7 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit targets TLR7 (Toll-like receptor 7). It is unconjugated and supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The reagent was generated against recombinant human TLR7 protein and purified by affinity purification using the immunogen, and it detects endogenous levels of total TLR7.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Storage guidance is to ship at 4 °C, then aliquot and store at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
