Anti-TLR6 Antibody

It is raised in rabbit, purified by affinity chromatography, and reacts with human and mouse samples. The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 697–796 of human TLR6 (NP_006059.2).

Validated applications include Western blot (recommended dilution 1:500–1:1,000) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (1:50–1:200). The product is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is listed at a molecular weight of 100 kDa.
